I have been stuck for a long in my life in many areas. And I’m sure I will be stuck again, but I have developed some skills that help me get unstuck.
I want to share those with you… it’s time for us to move forward. Let’s get out!
Most of our “stuckness’ are actually really small things…we’re just making them a bigger deal that they really are, because of our fear.
Once we jump over the fear we are in freedom.
Are you ready to be in freedom?
Getting unstuck is really not as hard as you think it is. It really isn’t.
I’m getting ready to do a group class on getting unstuck. It’s a combination of getting unstuck and creating habits that stick.
Those habits actually help us overcome fear. It’s amazing! It opens up our minds and gives our brains time for new creative things.
Good habits are like driving down a dirt road with ruts. Now some people think being stuck in a rut is a bad thing, and sometimes it is. But sometimes those ruts actually keep you from running off the road.
For instance, food is a big thing for many people. They get stuck in the rut of unhealthy choices. What if we switched things and created our own ruts in the healthy stuff?
I have a habit when I travel, I take a lot of my own food with me. I even have a small crockpot I take with in the car.
It keeps me out of the rut of fast food. It keeps me out of the rut of restaurant food that is full of additives that are not good for me.
It’s a rut.
My brain doesn’t think about where to stop for dinner. My brain goes to what I should take with to put in the crock pot to make for dinner. That is a healthy rut. It keeps me off the other path.
What good rut can we get you in to?
Healthy habits are a key thing to getting our brain working right and getting over our fear.
